So I'm pretty smitten. 😊

I've been into health, wellness, and exercise my entire life. It got pretty serious in high school when I started researching everything about food. How many calories, how much fat, what kind of fat, how much sugar. Looking back, I was a little neurotic. I can actually trace back to when it all started. I won't bore you with those details but pretty much, I was scared out of my mind that I would ever be unhealthy. As I've matured, I realize, too that a lot of my interest in health was more vanity than it was truly wanting to feel healthy. Then I married a man who ate pretty much anything if it looked like it was just picked from the ground. He was, and still is a farmer at heart, and will put anything into his mouth as long as he knows it's natural no matter the taste. So my research expanded and I grew more in love with food and it's healing and supportive power. And look, God put what He did in the ground for us to eat, to nourish our bodies. He had the best in mind for us. He's a good Daddy. And then the little Sahlstroms started to arrive, and I wanted them to have the best of what He's made, and I became a little neurotic again, but a good neurotic. I made most things from scratch and whenever any of them got sick would make every effort to treat them naturally before resorting to pharmaceuticals. That being said, enter, essential oils.
